Contact lenses are available for different ages, situations and lifestyles. Whether you want to wear lenses every day or only occasionally: there is often a solution that suits you.
We look together at which lens best suits your eyes and how often you want to wear the lenses.
Do you, for example, only wear lenses during sports or on weekends? Then a daily lens may be interesting.
Do you want to walk around without glasses as much as possible? Then weekly or monthly lenses may be a better choice.

Day lenses are used for one day and then thrown away. You don't have to clean or store them.
That makes day lenses particularly easy and hygienic.

Inserting contact lenses for the first time can be a bit exciting. With the right technique, however, it quickly becomes a habit.
Take your time and work calmly. Always wash your hands before touching your lenses.
Wash your hands with soap. And dry them with a lint-free cloth.
It's also convenient to always start with the same eye. This way, you won't mix them up.
Place the lens on your fingertip. If the lens edges are facing outwards, it's inside out.
Hold your upper eyelid with your free hand. With the lens on your fingertip, pull your lower eyelid down with the other fingers of the hand that is applying the lens.
Hold your hand still.
Place the lens on the iris. Then release your lower eyelid. After that, release your upper eyelid.
Wash your hands with soap. And dry them with a lint-free cloth.
